Just a quick note: floor plans aren't really a requirement, but they
do help tremendously to get remote people on board and help them
visualise the venue. As such, I don't think we need accurate,
detailed plans, but having some understanding of the size of the
rooms, locations of amenities, doors, maybe even plugs, and
ways/distances between the different rooms helps a lot.
