So far, we have had experience with two forms:
1. DebConf Saturday until Saturday (8 days) or Sunday until Sunday.
DebCamp preceeding for however many days possible and fundable.
2. DebConf Saturday until Monday (10 days) with integrated DebCamp
(DC14).
For DebConf15, we will be doing the first model. If you only have
the venue for 10 days, then you probably want the second form and
integrate DebCamp.
I would not go below 7 days for DebConf.
There are other possibilities, some of which have been discussed:
7 days of Debconf with 3 days of sprints before
7 days of Debconf with 3 days of sprints *after*
But you need not propose this for the bid. Just try to present the
options we have in terms of venue and space available.
