[Debconf-announce] Help out during the talks, sign up

Hi everyone,

We need folks to help MC/manage the talks.  Instructions for signing
up and responsibilities are explained here:

If you have a friend giving a talk, this is a great opportunity to
give them a hand and give them the stellar introduction they deserve!
We are encouraging folks to sign up for at least a few talks but if
you can only manage one, that helps us out as well.

If you have any suggestions for responsibilities/wiki page
description, do pass them along to me.
