I couldn't find anything like this, and I got tired of trying to figure out how to best backup files manually, so I wrote isopack: http://home.comcast.net/~tomhorsley/software/isopack/isopack.html Feel free to steal it, incorporate it into tools with a nice GUI, etc. I suspect I'm done with it (though I haven't yet tried writing a disc packed via isopack to see if it really does fit :-).
