Hey, how are ya?
Did you ever get an answer to your question about
the Toshiba ODD-DVD SD-R6252 question you had? ... I had to send my laptop back
to HP for a new screen and a new DVD-R/CD-R combo ... (I had to send it back
twice by the way ... they didn't fix it for no reason the first time) ... When I
got it back, I noticed that the Properties of the drive doesn't mention anything
about a DVD-R. I haven't tried to write a DVD yet ... I found your post by
trying to research this DVD/CD-RW drive ... It does say on the actual drive that
it is DVD Rewritable ... I also went to the Toshiba website and didn't see this
drive anywhere ... must be discontinued.
Please get back to me at your convenience ... If I
find out anything new, I'll let you know also.
