Smart Boot Manager requires the UCL compression library, which according to
the documentation for SBM can be gotten from
http://wildsau.idv.uni-linz.ac.at/mfx/ucl.html, which (surprise!) doesn't
exist.
UCL can be gotten from http://www.oberhumer.com/opensource/ucl
