LTS report for July

July 2016 was my second month as a debian-lts contributor. I was
allocated 7 hours in addition to the 13 hours not used in the previous
month.

I used 18 hours in which I worked on the following:

* DLA 549-1 ruby-eventmachine security update
* DLA 566-1 cakephp security update
* DLA 570-1 kde4libs security update (CVE-2016-6232)
* DLA 581-1 libreoffice security update (CVE-2016-4324)
* DLA - graphite2 regression update to make libreoffice build again

* triaged and discussed shadow vulnerabilities with upstream
  (CVE-2016-6251 CVE-2016-6252)
* prepared update for libupnp (CVE-2016-6255), to be uploaded in August
