Bug#793850: kde-plasma-desktop: thumbnail not displayed on desktop for big JPG file

I think this is not a bug. There is a setting "No previews for files larger
than" and here it defaults to 5 MiB.
Its even on the same page where you select for which files to create
thumbnails for.
Just raise the maximum filesize and the thumbnail should appear. Maybe its
required to reload or reopen the window.
If it still doesn´t appear, consider reporting this bug upstream with
https://bugs.kde.org – if not already done – as this would then appear to be a
typical upstream bug which is not related to Debian packaging. You tagged the
bug as upstream, but it would be of great help if, in case its really a bug,
you also report it there, as this frees time for the small Debian Qt/KDE team
to work on the packaging and bringing in new versions as they arrive.
