Yesno, it is and it isn't at the same time, if you ask this question
without thinking. Your question is comparable to a question I know from
the past. "If you dislike the FRG's government, why don't you emigrate
to the GDR?". Make an educated guess and you likely will find it out for
yourself, why it isn't hypocritical.
