HELP with a picture of criminals in their car. bitte um hilfe bei bilderkennung, BITTE WEITERLEITEN ---PLEASE FORWARD

are 4 pictures taken by my person with the linkname "ALink" 
 
at one of those pictures is a carsign of a trailer 
maybe W... (vienna city/austria), not readable 
please help me identifying this carsign. maybe a  
picture manipulation software can make the picture sharper.. 
 
 
the photos (ALink) are taken april/mai 2005 in Vienna, district 
Ottakring, at the subwaystation "U3 Ottakring" 
In the car, a blue chrysler voyager maybe, were about 4-6 persons 
with darker color than austrian people, i assume they are from 
ex-yugoslavia or a country nearby greece. 
The car had a carsign on the rearside beginning with GF (GF 
stands 
for Gänserndorf - a district of the province Niederösterreich 
which border is with the east of province Vienna and to the 
country slovakia) 
the car and persons in it are criminals almost 100% and that is 
the reason i send this email to persons unknown to me.

PS: The former mail of me, where i warned of the persons with 
surname Haselmaier and Leitgeb is nonsense. 
Neither family Haselmaier nor Leitgeb have to do with the 
criminals I track as far as I know.

auf einem bild sieht man die nummerntafel eines anhängers     
wahrscheinlich W... (wien), verwackelt/unscharf     
bitte um hilfe dieses kennzeichen zu erkennen. vielleicht mit     
einem bildbearbeitungsprogramm korrektur möglich?     
     
     
ich habe die fotos april/mai 2005 in wien/ottakring gemacht     
bei der UBahnstation U3 ottakring und im auto habe ich     
ca. 4-6 menschen dunkler hautfarbe gesehen. wahrscheinlich serben     
oder einem land unfern griechenland.     
das auto, welches den anhänger zieht, ich glaube es ist ein    
chrysler voyager, hatte ein Autokennzeichen beginnend mit GF.    
vielleicht handelt es sich um verbrecher, deshalb zur besseren   
hilfe diese email an mir fremde.
