today I updated to 

kernel 3.5-rc5
libdrm-intel1                              2.4.33-3
xserver-xorg-video-intel              2:2.19.0-4 

and the described error is gone from logfile and graphic-performance during video-streaming in fullscreen, where it cames to 
picturefreezes in the past, is back to normal.
