Bug#594980: xserver-xorg-video-intel:Can't switch back to internal display when unplug external VGA

Package: xserver-xorg-video-intel

Version: 2:2.9.1-4

Severity: normal

I boot my laptop(CMPC) normally, then I attach an external monitor to the VGA port.

I use this command “xrandr --output LVDS1 --off --output VGA1 –-auto”, switch display to external display only mode.

Then I unplug VGA cable, the internal monitor still has no display.I can’t use it any more.Attach the external monitor again and switch back to internal display is the only recover way without restarting.

Please let me know if there's anything else I should try to help resolve this.
