Ok, good, it was expected with the version in experimental.

Please make sure you still use the "ati" driver in your xorg.conf (with
package 6.6.192 installed), restart X and then send the whole output of
    /usr/share/bug/xserver-xorg/script 3>&1
so that we can see your entire config and log.
