Package: xserver-xfree86
Version: 4.1.0-17

I have a PowerMac 7600/200, with ADB keyboard and ADB mouse.

When I start xdm (/etc/init.d/xdm start) and the login screen appears, I
start moving the mouse around. As the mouse moves, characters
mysteriously appear in the login dialog.

After I have logged in and fvwm starts, if I click for the menu, the
cursor starts moving erratically and chooses something from the menu by
itself!

Everything worked fine for several years under xserver-fbdev 3.3.6, this
problem has only appeared now that I am running version 4.1.0-17
