Bug#350253: xserver-xorg: XKB option grp:alt_shift_toggle does not cycle between layouts

I believe that it has always worked this way, one can switch from the
last layout to the first one, but not the other way.

 Shift_L+Alt_L switches to the previous group (but does not cycle)
 Shift_R+Alt_R switches to the next group
