Well, if you had happened to file this bug against the xserver-xfree86
package, which is probably where the real error lies, reportbug would have
automatically included a good deal more configuration info for you that
would help here.  As it stands, "failed to load x modules" doesn't really
say much; we really need to see what those modules are, which means having
your /etc/X11/XF86Config-4.
