Bug#338332: xserver-xorg: do not use /var/lib/xfree86

You're right about the /var/lib/xfree86 issue. I thought about adding
deletion for XF86Config-4 if the person hadn't altered the file, but I'd
rather not go around wholly deleting conffiles if possible. The disk space
for the file is trivial and the peace of mind we get by not deleting a
conffile out from under our users' noses is well worth it.
