Bug#318934: GNU/kFreeBSD summary

Aurelien has updated some of the patches for -4, so the patchset that we need
to get applied is a bit different.

Ok, this bug log has gone a bit crazy.  Let's summarise to make it clear.

This one is now up-to-date (for -4), thanks to Aurelien:

Same as before, just make sure you're using the latest version, always available
