Sure, 

but the Option "XkbLayout" "de" should be normally sufficient. I get all the 
stuff on my keyboard under XF4.01 with a german layout. Of course I can also 
supply my XF86Config, but there is another thing which shouldn't show up. And 
that is the above marked line. I guess there is a broken symlink somewhere in 
your system. I once had this also. But I don't recall how to correct this.
