I got curious, took a longer look and had a first try at implementing
this today, sorry to beat you to it :)
Unfortunately linking to individual manual pages has some downsides,
especially for packages that have a huge number of manual pages. So, I
think we need some changes on manpages.debian.net first. I will follow
up with the maintainer of that.
