I was able to get the news feed, but the project news feed is giving me a 404. That is okay as I was mostly interested in the new feed, but I wanted you to know.

I'm pleased to tell you, that we just finished work implementing that.
You should be able to a feed of all regular News via
http://www.debian.org/News/news.rdf while our newsletter, the Debian
Project News, is available via http://www.debian.org/News/project/dwn.rdf.
