packages.debian.org is composed of two backends: powell.d.o (which
generates files from the archive) and rore.d.o.
last files on powell:
drwxr-xr-x 2 pkg_user pkg_maint 4096 nov 20 23:11 aptitude_0.6.1.3-3
drwxr-xr-x 2 pkg_user pkg_maint 4096 jan 21 01:55 aptitude_0.6.1.4-1
drwxr-xr-x 2 pkg_user pkg_maint 4096 jan 21 01:55 aptitude_0.6.1.4-2
drwxr-xr-x 2 pkg_user pkg_maint 4096 jan 21 10:11 aptitude_0.6.1.5-1
while rore lags:
drwxr-xr-x 2 archvsync archvsync 4096 nov 20 23:11 aptitude_0.6.1.3-3
drwxr-xr-x 2 archvsync archvsync 4096 jan 21 01:55 aptitude_0.6.1.4-1
drwxr-xr-x 2 archvsync archvsync 4096 jan 21 01:55 aptitude_0.6.1.4-2
So it's more under mirroradm/DSA scope.
