Bug#545504: http://www.debian.org/News/2009/20090905 incorrect?

Package: www.debian.org
Severity: normal

According to this page
                               Don't fail when LaTeX is five years old;
   texlive-base blacklist lamsarrow.sty and include fixed font
                               metrics
   texlive-bin Fix error with configuring when included files
                               are five years old
   texlive-extra Don't fail when LaTeX is five years old
   texlive-lang Don't fail when LaTeX is five years old

Looking at the changelog entries, I see however:
texlive-base (2007.dfsg.2-1~lenny2) stable-proposed-updates; urgency=low

  * add scrollmode to xelatex.ini (Closes: #534427)

 -- Norbert Preining <preining@debian.org>  Wed, 24 Jun 2009 09:04:47 +0200

texlive-base (2007.dfsg.2-1~lenny1) stable-proposed-updates; urgency=medium

  * blacklist lamsarrow.sty (pb-diagram) as it is based on
    all-rights-reserved code. (Closes: #518800) (RC, new .orig.tar.gz, medium)
  * include fixed font metrics (tfm) files for lcircle10 and lcirclew10
    fonts (Closes: #526903) (closes also Ubuntu bug 371621)

texlive-bin (2007.dfsg.2-4+lenny1) stable-proposed-updates; urgency=low

  * add a patch to fmtutil that make warnings not exit fmtutil non-0
    exit code. This is needed to fix the 5-years is too old bug.
    (Closes: #531569, #531595)

 -- Norbert Preining <preining@debian.org>  Thu, 11 Jun 2009 23:03:06 +0200

texlive-extra (2007.dfsg.17-1~lenny02) stable-proposed-updates; urgency=low

  * add scrollmode to mllatex.ini
    (shipped in debian/texlive-formats-extra.root) (Closes: #534199)

 -- Norbert Preining <preining@debian.org>  Wed, 24 Jun 2009 09:09:28 +0200

texlive-lang (2007.dfsg.4-1+lenny1) stable-proposed-updates; urgency=low

  * add \scrollmode to cslatex.ini (Closes: #534428)

 -- Norbert Preining <preining@debian.org>  Wed, 24 Jun 2009 09:07:15 +0200

So the description appears to be correct for -bin, but (probably) not
for the others.
