Some notes taken during the Wiki BoF
Debian wiki licensing
- Prepare an RFC mail, and send/ask on debian-project
Wiki configuration in git
- Pabs is working on it, with a DSA.
Increasing the size of the wiki admin team
- admin of debian-www are welcome to become debian-wiki admin, since
pabs is almost alone nowaday
- the debian-www and debian-wiki teams wants to remain close the one
from the other.
- wiki contributors are welcome to get more involved.
Content of the frontpage
- what's the "message" of the wiki frontpage, vs the "message" of
the website frontpage?
- Franklin wants to rewrite the front page so it focuses on being
a portal for contributions to Debian (leveraging Teams/* pages)
Internationalization
We we want translated pages to be consistent and
accurate, so gettext based translation seems appropriate.
- Ikiwiki is supposed to have a good internationalisation support
Jonas Smedegaard is going to make some tests.
Log-rotation
moinmoin wiki needs to be rotated regularly.
- Franklin should test his script and send it to pabs

* CSS for the new theme.
