The footer of that page is misleading; it's actually managed by an
entirely different team.
The README in the repository for that website at
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/nm/trunk/README?op=file&rev=0&sc=0
says that the owner of the GPG database (and hence who you should
contact) is Martin Michlmayr <tbm@cyrius.com>, so I've copied him on
this email. Martin, is there any chance you could change the footer
on that page too (or am I incorrect)?
