Hello,
english/consultants/reis-lima.wml is not in English. I assume its
Brazilian Portugese, so it probably should be move to
portugese/consultants/reis-lima.wml (is Brazilian Portugese using this
directory as well?) and then a suitable translator should add the
english version into english/consultants/.
