Let's say I would not oppose its addition. On the other hand I really
don't use RSS feeds a lot so I tend not to care too much about them.

It might also be possible to modify the HTML output templates. I don't
really care which way we choose.

There is already a current symlink available so that one can link to the
newest changelog with
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/v/vim/current/changelog
