I think Debian Edu would be better off with having their own instance of
packages.d.o. All current archives are either the main Debian archive or
archives intended to be used on top of that. And some search results
already get pretty complicated with that. For CDDs and Debian
derivatives I would prefer them setting up their own instances. The
site just isn't designed for that.
I would be happy to help with setting up, costumizing and maintaining
this.
The other possibility would be that someone finds a way to extend the
current code and design to handle more archives. But this most probably
wont be me...
