CD/torrent-cd/ contains

You will need a BitTorrent client to download Debian CDs this way. In
the Debian distribution, this is packaged in the bittorrent package;
clients are also available for other operating systems.

This seems to imply that bittorrent contains all BitTorrent clients, or
that bittorrent is the only BitTorrent client.

This could be solved with
s/this is/the console-only tools of the official client are/

OK, I've added a few more links to other clients, both the Debian packages 
and download locations for non-Linux binaries.
