I'm willing to co-mentor this, although you'll probably get a lot of
disagreement and orders to specify and investigate from me.  However,
when done well I'd expect a lot of your work to be integrated into
the website so that it will indeed be improved afterwards.

Knowing my time, I cannot mentor you alone but would require one or
two "main" mentors for this.  Ideally, they should be webmasters
(alfie, matt, djpig, witch spring to my mind).
