Please add AcceptLanguage settings for Windows Mobile 2003/2003SE/5.0:

	Create String registry key "AcceptLanguage" in 			
	HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Internet Explorer\ International\
	with value "fr; q=1.0, en; q=0.5" (without quotas)

Working with http://www.debian.org on my hx4700 (wm2003se and wm5)
