If your /usr/X11R6/bin is a symlink to /bin, then probably not.
You can check the symlink with ls -l /usr/X11R6 and you can search your
system for which package contains it with dpkg -S '\[' (here it is
coreutils) and then use the web search to check that it should be in
coreutils.
