By Debian Policy page you mean:
http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/
Or are you talking about another page? Because, if you are
talking about the above page, it is part of the debian-doc structure, it
is not maintained by WWW team, and you should ask Manoj, probably
reporting a bug against debian-policy package.
