Bug#374203: Bug in people.names generation

Package: www.debian.org
Severity: minor

In http://www.us.debian.org/devel/people, my name appears twice. The first
time, it appears at "Manchado Velázquez, Esteban", which is the correct one,
but I appear as having no packages, and my homepage appears as
http://superduper.net/, which isn't correct either.

The second time, I appear as "Velázquez, Esteban Manchado", which is wrong (in
Spain we use _two_ surnames), but my packages are there (no homepage appears,
though, and I have demiurgo.org as my homepage in LDAP).

I couldn't find any documentation in people.wml [1] as of how people.names is
generated, so I haven't actually tried to find the bug. Some information would
be appreciated, so I can help fixing it myself.
