What page? Maybe http://www.us.debian.org/releases/sarge/debian-installer/index.fr.html?
What mirror did you use?

Maybe you use the old page from cache?

Yes, I fixed it long time ago. The links are also *not* language specific, so there's
no problem with outdated translations.
