This may be a bit difficult. Each news item doesn't have a unique
permaLink to link to. This could probably be done by using comment
anchors inside the HTML output, but this may break some other things.
This would be modifying Joey's way to generate the HTML static DWN page.

Great! I'll be working on this on these couple of weeks. I will be
studying DWN's wml structure in order to not break anything.
