	The packages.debian.org is down and there are people working to
get it up and running as soon as possible. You can use pdo.debian.net
while packages.debian.org is not available.

	You should use a deb-src in your sources.list, you could easily
do an apt-get source linux-image-2.6.12; I don't exactly what do you
want, but you should check our [1]Wiki about [2]Debian Kernel and get
if from their SVN. You could also use apt to install linux-source-2.6.12
that is only available in testing right now.

	At last, but not least, you should try debian-kernel or
