The file Mirrors.masterlist is retrieved from volatile.debian.net and
processed by volatile_mirror_list.pl (see
http://cvs.debian.org/webwml/english/devel/debian-volatile/Makefile?root=webwml&view=markup).
I guess that the volatile_mirror_list.pl does not produce valid HTML
