Hi!
I noticed that a:link:hover in the css and similar is not noticed by
some browsers.
solutions:
- - reducing the a-tage ot zero length, which looks like <a
name="name"></a>
- - using ids instead like <h2 id="name">text</h2> instead of <h2><a
name="name">heading</a></h2>
- - the jump mark can also gou outside the heading or paragraph like
<a name="name"></a>

Please use the same scheme in all translations of one page!
Versions where the html tags go totally to extra lines seem to be
preferable, as translators cannot delete them easily when doing the
translations. Tags are bad for translators who may not know often how
to restore things without beginning the translation again. Some seem
to prefer to translate text only without any tags in it.
