On nm status page we can find:
Application Manager will put their approval to the DAM.
I think that AM is a person (and only one person), this makes the word
"their" wrong. It should be his.

the word "their" was chosen intentionally. A woman can also be an=20
Application Manager, thus making "his" wrong. For a longer explanation,=20
