Bug#324492: packages.debian.org: Links to bugs from web page could use the new version tracking feature

Package: www.debian.org
Version: N/A, reported August 22nd 2005
Priority: wishlist

The packages pages at packages.debian.org from all packages provide
a link to 'bugs.debian.org/$package'. It would be nice if they
pointed, instead to the bugs page related to that release instead
of sid's. That could be done simply by having the pages use the following
links [1]:

- oldstable ->
  http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=$package&dist=oldstable

- stable ->
  http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=$package&dist=stable

- testing ->
  http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=$package&dist=testing

- sid ->
  http://bugs.debian.org/$package

Regards

Javier
