Hmm, I've left it as is, because it's correct: The package is called 
jigdo-fle, but it contains jigdo-lite...

I've removed this sentence: The 3.1 version is sufficient. ;-)
Additionally, IIRC jigdo-file in later 3.0 revisions (rev3+ or so) also
included the respective bugfix.
