In theory, mirrors@ should update it, but it seems
that there's no active member of that group right
now. debian-www writers can update the list, IIRC,
and there's a lot of changes needed, as can be seen at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=mirrors
I'll prepare a patch closing as many of the obvious ones as I can,
if a debian-www writer tells me that they'll upload it (as I'm not
in webwml yet).
