Bug#307978: Update 'sarge' and 'releases' web pages

The webpage for Debian Releases (http://www.debian.org/releases) and
the webpage for Debian GNU/Linux codenamed 'Sarge'
(http://www.debian.org/releases/testing) contain inaccurate
information. Debian GNU/Linux codenamed 'Sarge' was frozen on the 3rd
May 2005, and security team support for 'Sarge' began on that date.
The webpages state that there is no security support for sarge, and do
not mention that sarge is frozen.

I suggest that the statements saying that sarge has no security
support be removed or changed, and that a statement be added to both
pages stating that sarge is frozen.
