Please apply new css version
Hi!
For next changes in packages.d.o and www.d.o there are new css entries.
Can someone apply them please?
I added some things for the download table and a hidden "skip menu"
(accessibility) and replaced the spaces by tabs.

There are single patch files for each language, too. The css is already
prepared for that pages, so there is not need to wait with patching the
devel index pages until the new css are on all mirrors.
Would it be better to send such mails as these as bug report?
