I'm not experiencing any problems with the primary web site from my
location in Northern Europe. Which site are you using?
You could try to use a different site than the one you're using now - if
you can't get to the list of mirrors of the web site, try e.g.
http://www.it.debian.org/ or http://www.de.debian.org/ .
