Bug#260274: Copyright links on (at least) 111 package pages brocken (was: Bug#260274: http://qa.debian.org/man-pages.html possibly outdated)

I'm very sorry, but I have recycled an previous mail and forgot to change the 
subject.
I have already changed this in BTS.

Changelog file is not the case here, the _copyright_ files does not exist.
