legal/licenses/index.wml



Hello,

I found that the notation of license is swinging between "license" and
"licence".

$ grep -c licens index.wml
21
$ grep -c licenc index.wml
3

I guess "license" and "licence" are both ok, however, it is better to
be unified. I'd prefer to "license". The patch below will fix this
problem.
