 That makes sense, yes. I will check it later, don't currently have the
time to look into this, where this came from and what it was refering
to, or if something was just overlooked.

 Open Source software is a superset of Free Software. They are not
the same. If you insist, then you must make it clearer that you are
talking about the FSF definition of free software.
