It was ok, but on a closer look all the Makefiles under CD/ are
buggy regarding the depedencies. The files all miss either
the dependency on $(TEMPLDIR)/cdimage.wml or the $(GETTEXTDEP).
It would be could if someone could develop an "clean" solution for this,
will look into it if I find the time.
